A program c\u00e9lja nem csak az, hogy rendbe hozza a sz\u00fcl\u00e9s ut\u00e1ni pocakot, hanem hogy megtanulj ezzel egy\u00fctt \u00e9lni; meg\u00e9rtsd, mi t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt a testedben, \u00e9s seg\u00edtsen megel\u0151zni a j\u00f6v\u0151beni komolyabb k\u00e1rokat.
